Had some problems at first, but customer service got them worked out. Four stars for now we'll see how things go
Love this! What a relief to know the temp inside the rv.
Can't get consistent updates. Bought an updated unit with subscription and still the same. Messaged customer service and the reply was "we are sorry for the inconvenience ". So, once again, paying for something that does not work.
Can check temp on phone, makes me feel better about leaving pets alone.
Overall works well. Functions as presented. One complaint is that the battery life isn't long. If dry camping, without shore power, this can become a problem.
Edit: Got my new device. Old one was replaced by waggle. New device gives updates every 15 minutes now instead the before 10 minutes .. - Updates every 10 minutes is not sufficient. I rather have five or three minutes. When you're in the desert every minute counts.
Shows the temp. I bought the lite version, gives the temp as expected. I'll at least feel comfy knowing that my pupper is in a comfy temperature range, and if it ever goes up or down by enough I'll know to rush home and rescue my pupper!
Been using this for almost a year now. We live in our motor home and son is in 5th wheel. Got this after sons 1st camper burnt down and killed his dog with us at my motorhome eating dinner on other side of the park. I set the temp alerts to what I want. It's been accurate and such a piece of mind!!!
The Waggle has made our 6 month road trip with our dogs a pleasure. I wouldn't feel comfortable leaving them with the chance of losing power, heat or A/C without this safety feature. We don't travel far from our trailer without our pups but when we leave them alone we know we will be alerted if anything changes. I highly recommend this device if you leave your pets in your camper or RV.
My device took a while to get to me but I ordered during a big sale. Customer support was VERY helpful and fast! I love the features and feel much better about being at work while my dogs are at my camper.
